The organization app
Especially for you, dear donors, we have developed our new app.
From now on you can find all the fundraising points in the palm of your hand with a click.
Install the app from here.
This is a WEB application so it is not available in the Google or Apple stores but is suitable for both operating systems.
Instructions for use – “Blood Donors” app (PWA)
Important – Receiving a version update.
Usually, a panel will appear when there is a version update and will indicate the version number on your device next to the new pending version.
• If you are in the app and don't see the update: Pull down the page to refresh, or close and reopen the app.
התקנה (recommended)
• Android (Chrome): Menu ⋮ ⬅️ “Installation” / “Add to Home screen”.
• iPhone (Safari): Share ⬅️ “Add to Home Screen”.
Initial setup
• Settings ⬅️ Personal details: name, blood type, membership in the organization, year of first donation.
Add a donation
• Home/Personal ⬅️ “Add donation”: Date + (optional) blood pressure/pulse/hemoglobin/notes.
Reminders and eligibility
• Settings ⬅️ Reminders: Days between donations, reminder every X days, alert before eligibility.
• You can add an event to the calendar (ICS file) for the eligibility date.
Map and navigation
• Map: City/Station Search, “Find Me” (Requires location permission), navigation to Waze/Google Maps.
Notifications (Push) – Optional
• Settings ⬅️ PUSH notifications: Turn on/off and confirm permission in the browser.
Backup and Restore
• Settings ⬅️ Backup and Restore: Export to JSON file, Import to restore.
Data deletion
• Settings: Reset/delete app data from the device.
All data you enter into the application will be stored only on your device to protect your privacy.
Therefore, when replacing a device, you can back up your data to your Drive/iCloud and restore it on the new device.
